Abstract |
: |
o The research aims to:
o - The formulation of the training program content in a scientific manner and to identify the necessary training time period.
o - Determine the effectiveness of a scientifically based training program to give graduates the knowledge and skills for the production of the blouse.
o - Preparation and qualification of graduates and equip them with the knowledge and skills required by the labor market.
o - Support small industries and contribute to solving the problem of unemployment.
o Search was used the following tools to reach the desired objectives:
o - The training program.
o - Cognitive achievement test (after / before).
o - Test applied (after / before).
o - Rating scale
o The researcher found the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores before and after in all of the knowledge and skills contained in the program for drawing Pattern and implementation techniques for the benefit of post-test which indicates the success of the training program and raise the efficiency of the trainees |
